Another healthy way of getting plenty ofroughage in your diet is to leave the skins on vegetables and fruit wherepossible. Placethe beef, carrot, onion, peas, horseradish sauce, soy sauce and vegetable stockinto a medium size casserole dish with a lid.

Put in the oven at 170c forapproximately one and three quarter hours or until cooked. After one hour giveit a stir up and if desired put a touch more stock or hot water, depending onhow you like it.Method– Serves 2  Makethe vegetable stock and put to one side.
